The famous five-day tour to Machu Picchu + Sacred Valley + Humantay is the perfect option for those who wish to enjoy this wonder. Day 1: Arrival in Cusco – Transfer Airport > Hotel

Upon arrival at the Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in the city of Cusco, our team will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. This day will be for acclimatization and free time to rest or explore the city of Cusco on your own.

Day 2: Sacred Valley

After an early breakfast at the hotel, we will start our excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas visiting emblematic places such as Chinchero, its textile and handicraft markets, where a group of women from the area will give us a textile demonstration and how the wool is obtained from sheep and alpacas, We will also explain how the dyes are obtained from natural herbs, of course we will visit its archaeological sites and colonial churches, in Moray we will be able to observe the great Inca agricultural laboratory, we will also visit the salt mines of Maras and its more than 3000 salt wells. We will have a stop in Urubamba to enjoy a traditional lunch (Buffet) then to finish the afternoon we will explore the living Inca city of Ollantaytambo, in the evening we will take the Expedition train from Ollantaytambo > Aguas Calientes.

Day 3: Machu Picchu

Early breakfast at the hotel, our ascent to the citadel of Machu Picchu from Aguas Calientes will be by bus for about 30 minutes, for this our guide will provide us with tickets to Machu Picchu along with these bus tickets, with the guide we will visit the Inca city in the circuit that we are assigned, knowing the temples and palaces along with their Inca terraces, after visiting the wonder we will return to Aguas Calientes to take the train back to Ollantaytambo and a bus to Cusco.

Day 4: Humantay Lagoon

4 am will be the early departure to Soraypampa, during the trip we will have our nutritious breakfast in Mollepata, then we will start the hike to the beautiful Humantay Lagoon, surrounded by imposing mountains like the Salkantay, our guide will make an offering ceremony of the Salkantay, Our guide will make an offering ceremony to the Pachamama and the traditional Quintu with coca leaves with the participation of our visitors, we will stay about 45 minutes time to enjoy the scenery, take pictures and rest in the lagoon, in the afternoon we will mark the return to Cusco, but before we will have lunch in Mollepata. Day 5: Return to the airport

Depending on the time of your flight, you will be transferred to the Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco for your departure.

How can I access Huaynapicchu or Machupicchu Mountain?

To climb one of the two mountains, you must purchase the entrance ticket in advance. Huaynapicchu has an additional cost of 60 USD per person, and it is recommended to book tickets at least 3 months in advance. If you wish to book the entrance ticket for Huaynapicchu, please contact our reservations team or you can also book on the official website of the Ministry of Culture at: https://www.machupicchu.gob.pe/. Please note that sometimes the website does not work, and sometimes it might be difficult or very complicated to buy your ticket online.
